Just wondering, as the family setting let you play games 'That are 18 or over' and 'allow all games' are they just synonyms or are there games with ratings of 19+Are there any games rated ABOVE 18+?

It depends on were you live. In America the highest rating is M and it's 17+. There is an AO rating that's 18+ but those games are never released on consoles (or even made for that matter). I don't understand why Microsoft makes you be 18 to download M rated content. I guess it's just to be safe because once you turn 18 your considered an adult.
If you mean AO (adults only) then yes. Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo will not allow them on their consoles.... Ever! Thats why Manhunt 2 had to be edited because it got the AO rating. If you find any its most likely going to be for the PC and will more than likely have VERY strong sexual content.
