Help me get my money back from Microsoft

So my Xbox 360 decided to be really stupid and die on me two weeks after the warranty ended. It would only show a frozen scree, with no way to do anything whatsoever. Eventually, after trying to see if it fixed itself on other occasions, it simply went to the Red Ring of Death.So I called MIcrosoft and they said ''Sure! You can send your Xbox here! We'll fix it!'' They told me that I had to pay $99 since my 360 was off of warranty, but i was okay with that because it was cheaper than buying a new Xbox. The biggest problem is that I live overseas with the military. They told me it was no problem, what a BUNCH OF LIARS!I never received a box after 3 weeks.I called again. Never received a box after 3 weeks.I called a third time. Never received a box after 3 weeks.This was in July, and I wait 3 weeks because it takes longer for the box to go overseas to the military base than it does in the states. Amazon takes about 2 weeks to get here.I called a few more times...nothing.So then I finally called in October. They said they switched the system and they would simply have me mail it to them, I'm thinking ''Hallelujah! An answer to my problems!'' WRONG!They never even sent me the email with the place to send it to!So then I called to get my money back for the waranty, and just take a loss and buy an Arcade version since I have all the things I need except the 360. They told me that they would not give me my money back.Since I obviously can't reason with the Microsoft peopel to get them so I can even SEND my 360, what am I supposed to do?!I don't have an additional stateside address that I could just send my XBox to and us that as my Address.I even tried to sign up for an additional mailing service that gave me a stateside address that would forward packages to me, and they STILL NEVER SENT ME THE INFORMATION!I mean what can I do? I just want to get my money back, I don't even care about the broken XBox anymore.Any advice can help. ThanksSteven B.P.S. Since the warranty is already gone, can I fix it myself?P.P.S. Hi all,Was wondering if anyone out there knew how to modify your controller with a plug-and-play USB wire to recharge regular rechargeable batteries (i.e. not the pack). I am mechanically inclined, but was hoping to learn more about how it can tell the difference between regular battery packs and the ones that come with the plug-and-play packs. Xbox 360 Game Suggestion

Hey everyone...Well, this year for xmas, I could finally afford to buy my boyfriend an Xbox! :) I'm excited, he's wanted one for a long time...unfortunately, I have no idea what would be a good game(s) to go along with it. It's not that I don't know what kind of games he likes (Gears of War, Resident Evil, BioShock, Far Cry), it's that a lot of these games, he'll play his computer. And I would hate to get him a game that he's already played... so I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest one that is strictly for Xbox, or will be at least until after Christmas... haha.Any suggestions would be much appreciated...Thanks in advance!!!

My Post has been a day late this week and what does that mean???? No Gears 2!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil: I rang up the local depot and they said they couldn't help...luckily blockbuster has some in stock so I'm gonna go down there in a sec...looks like someones getting gears 2 for christmas as I want the limited edition :PI officially Hate Royal Mail!

Amazon have been hit or miss, I got Farcry %26 Endwar on time, but Gears was late...
