How offten does xbox.com/support update there status for the consoles? I shiped my 360 in two weeks ago, and I have never gotten a email from Microsoft saying that my 360 is being repaired. I check the site and it says no pending repair. So are they even repairing my console? Or is it just sitting there? Should I call them? Question about reapir status
