Oblivion Rating Variation??

I've owned Oblivion since it's release, obviously rated M. I recently saw the Collector's Edition used in great condition at gamestop, so i bought it. When i got home i noticed that the rating was T. I've seen Collector's Editions before and they were all rated M. Is the copy i have some sort of mis-print, or was a rating variation released? I've just never seen something like this before.Oblivion Rating Variation??
It was rated T before a mod on the pc let you see NPCs with their bra off. There was no reason for the console versions to be changed but they were.Oblivion Rating Variation??
