Platform Problem!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help..my platform just decides to turn on out of no where and open the cd tray like 20 times and then if it loads it only stays on for like 2 mins and then opens the tray again. how can this problem be fixed b/c no games can be playedPlatform Problem!!!!!!!!
